 In Wisconsin (and many other states), you typically have 20 days from the date you’re served to file an answer. Missing this deadline can result in a default judgment against you.

 No. You are responsible for filing your documents with the court. We provide the completed paperwork and clear instructions to help you file correctly and on time. 


 Yes. In addition to helping defendants respond to lawsuits, we also prepare plaintiff documents for people who want to start their own lawsuits, such as small claims complaints, breach of contract claims, or landlord eviction filings. 


  No. We do not review your case for legal sufficiency, interpret the law, or represent you in court. If you need legal advice, you should consult with a licensed attorney.
